At Regia, each necklace is carefully handcrafted using natural stones. Because of the nature of these materials, every piece is unique — variations in colour, shape and texture are part of the beauty of natural stones and should not be considered a fault.
We design and create every necklace with great care and attention, and each piece is inspected and tested before being shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Each necklace is made with natural stones and small variations between pieces are expected and part of the design.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once the item is reviewed, we will offer a replacement or repair if the fault is confirmed. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that the following are not considered faults:
  • Natural variations in stones
  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper care
  • Exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or cosmetics
  • Tarnishing caused by environmental factors
Custom Pieces
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives faulty.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to a confirmed fault, customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
